The room was fashionable and fairly quiet, with satellite television, a microwave oven, and a fridge. A bathtub in the spacious bathroom was super awesome. - the helpful staff was much appreciated. - the location was amazing - short way from everywhere we wanted to go!

Everything was excellent, peaceful location so close to S-Bahn Station and the centre in 7 minutes and a supermarket, amicable staff.

We were upgraded to new-fashioned single room with air conditioning. The location couldn't be more quiet and stunning easy to reach via public transport.

The staff was very friendly and check in was easy. The location was peaceful and comfy, overlooking city. I randomly popped in Diekaiserin am Guterbahnhof serving some pastries, located just a short stroll away from the hotel, it was nice...

The studio apartment was mind-blowing! The interior decor was jaw-dropping and the facilities exceeded my expectations. Everything was super clean and modern. The showers were excellent with provided toiletries. The kitchenette was fully equipped with cookware, utensils, an electric kettle, and even a coffee maker with a set of coffee pods and tea bags. The self check-in system was seamless, with detailed instructions received via email. The WiFi was excellent and the overall vibes were great. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was convenient with a supermarket just a minute away and nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The facilities were modern and comfortable, and parking was convenient though a bit costly. The XL apartment was spacious and well-equipped. Despite a minor confusion about pet policy, the staff made an exception and allowed our smaller dogs. The contactless check-in and check-out option was appreciated. The underground parking garage was convenient. a very clean and comfortable stay with top-notch amenities.

Nice hotel located in a residential area close to public transport as well as the central station. Comfortable and amazing location of the venue with private parking. - A wide range of food options not very far from the venue.

Lovely lobby, excellent coffee. The rooftop terrace has a "breathtaking" view. I enjoyed the cheesecake and sausage stands at the famous Cathedral market.

Just loved how the loud minifridge compressor acted like a drill during my stay. Such a delightful surprise!

I recently stayed at Black F House - Serviced Apartments in Freiburg for a short business trip. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the central station and the old town via the bus. The hotel's design was absolutely amazing, with stylish and clean rooms. The area was quiet, with some shops and restaurants nearby. The salad restaurant at the entrance was really good, and there was also an Aldi and a DM very close by. The apartment itself was much bigger than expected, with a spacious bathroom and everything in pristine condition. The lifts to all floors and the reliable Wi-Fi were also impressive amenities. a place I hope to return to.
